Refund policy

The Rancher Hat Co. is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the policy below.

Returns (14 days)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused (try-on is okay)

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

To start a return, Go to https://shopify.com/54008643778/account and sign in with the email used to checkout, here you can start the return process.

You can also reach out to us at therancherhatco@gmail.com with your order# items, you wish to return and the reason.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased using a gift card

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Only the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
