The Rancher Hat Co. started in December 2020 with a simple idea between two brothers, one finishing school, the other running a welding company.

We grew up around Western culture through our grandparents, who were farmers and ranchers. That world shaped how we see work: show up, do it right, and take pride in what you put your name on.

When we looked at the market, too many hats felt the same. We wanted to create something with stronger identity. Hats that felt authentic, looked different, and still respected Western roots.

What started as a passion project became a full-time business in 2023. Since then, we’ve been committed to original designs built with grit, character, and individuality. Hats made to represent the person wearing them, not just the brand on the front.
