Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We typically ship via USPS, and in many cases, deliveries may occur on weekends.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during high-traffic periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, the 4th of July, or during product drops when order volume increases.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items for documentation.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do ship internationally, but please note that high shipping fees apply to international orders at this time.
Delivery times and costs will vary based on destination and carrier availability.
