I was sketched at first but it came pretty quick and in really good condition, the embroidery is perfect, no strings loose or falling off, and good quality. I got the customized one and it’s perfect, added a good touch to it. I got it for my boyfriend for valentine’s day and he loves it, everyone else that i showed loved it also they said it was cute. I really recommend getting hats from this company 10/10.
